After being referred to us as someone who may be considering a move to the Greater Triangle area, we call you and offer our relocation service. Some of our relocation services include:
Talk with you to develop an understanding of your needs and concerns. We will come up with a plan, which will make the most efficient use of the time we will have together when you come to town. We arrange a time and place to meet you after you arrive.
Mail You a Newcomer Packet that includes information about North Carolina, Wake County, the Triangle area, and any specific information you desire such as schools, hobbies, special interest or needs, etc.
Provide a Tour of Raleigh and Cary. This includes showing you neighborhoods where you would be able to find suitable and affordable homes. (We would not show specific homes, at this point, unless requested.) If you would like to visit Durham, Chapel Hill, Research Triangle Park, or other nearby areas, we will be happy to arrange that also. We believe you will begin to see that this is a great place to live, work, or raise a family.
Assist with your Family’s Relocation to the area. Congratulations! It is an exciting time, yet a scary time. A large part of my job, at this point, is as much about trying to make the move as smooth as possible as it is about finding the right home.
