- Act as a Liaison and Buffer between you and the community of Realtors, buyers, and the curious
- Maintain regular communication with you
- Review and Negotiate Offers to Purchase so that you get the best possible price and terms
- Monitor all details between all parties to assure that deadlines are met for a timely closing.
- Attend Closing and review the settlement statement for accuracy

- The list price alone is the single most important factor in selling any house
- Using an accurate list price will save time, money, and worry in the long run
- The right price can help us overcome the physical conditions of age, style, floor plan, or location
- Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) is a broker’s opinion of value compared to neighborhood sales
- A Professional Appraisal is another option available to help confirm your house’s fair market value
